Very loud, but amazing location

Location, size of the apartment. Building exterior

Noise! The location of the building is amazing, but the noise makes it a nightmare.

Pros:
The apartments are decently but the contractor took short cuts -- has experienced two significant water leaks
Cons:
The super is impossible to get a hold of, even during urgent situations.

Very defensive and entirely unhelpful. I had to resort to hiring outside help when he didn't respond and then got scolded
Advice to owner:
Make a complete change to building management and properly staff/train the doormen.

They were excellent 4 years ago but is a revolving door of new faces who are nice but clueless
