Poor response to pests

Pros

Nice street, quiet, and the roof access is very nice.

Cons

Building management has had an incredibly poor response to a recurrent pest problem in the apartment. You would think repeated requests for extermination of German roaches would concern management, but they have responded to such requests with little to no urgency. I do not recommend for anyone that struggles to live in a roach infested apartment.

Advice to the owners

Treat the entire building and take tenant concerns about pests more seriously. Improve trash management.
