Trash is always present in front of the building Very UNSANITARY dog poop issue. Advise filling open areas in sidewalk with concrete

Advice to the owners

See above. This will cause the lease to be not renewed and I will tell everyone I know to not rent there until this is rectified. It is a nasty situation.

Horrible management company

Pros

2 bed 2 bath and washer and dryers down stairs

Cons

Building management is horrible. New neighbors are loud cops are always being called. Building charges you for every little thing.
