good apartment for tech workers
Pros
management very responsive for things like clogged drains. really nice and the amenities were great.
Cons
rockrose was very annoying about a lease transfer and the toilet gets moldy

Expensive but nice place to live
Pros
The location is so convenient, right next to Queens Plaza. The gym is also quite spacious and not that busy usually.
Cons
It is pretty expensive for how small the space you get is. Also, it doesn't feel as secure as some other buildings in the area because anybody can enter and go up the elevator.
