Elevator building, garage including bike parking, close to trains, in-unit washer/dryer

Cons

At least one of the 2 elevators is frequently out of service. Management very slow with pest abatement and basic repairs.

The East New York Portfolio and Team2019/21 was very efficient, however, due to lower salaries and inexperienced staff BRP L2 is infested with rodents with an abundance of city code violations.

Advice to the owners

Imperative the higher ups hire more Professional and experienced staff to manage, maintain, and keep the properties in compliance. Tenants has hired attorneys and in constant litigation.
