Great Place to Live

Pros

The building is extremely well maintained, staff are friendly, neighbors are kind and overall the experience of living here is nothing short of fantastic. You pay the price for it, but if you can afford to live here it's a wonderful place to be. Connected to everything by transit, etc.

Cons

I have basically no complaints about living here, other than the elevators which everyone will mention go out regularly. Occasionally I can hear my neighbors but it is quiet enough to easily be ignored or cover over with my own music or a podcast.

Fix the elevators!
