Great Area in a Good Building

Pros:
Love the location and the big front yard. The super is great.
Cons:
Management is difficult to get in contact with.

The building is always clean.
Garbage is always picked up early on every floor.
The floors in the hallway are usually mopped every so often which is great!
Cons:
There should be more frequent times when the exterminator comes.
