Unresponsive and bare minimum Management

Pros

I like the size/layout of the apartments.

Cons

Laundry room is disgusting. 3 washers & 4 dryers for a building with 57 units. The machines are always broken, malfunctioning and so dirty. One neighbor reports that when she complained to the owner, his response was that we are lucky to have a laundry facility at all. They actually advertise that as an amenity so it's not a favor. We pay for those machines. The leasing agent John aka Jack Thomas is the owner's family member, of course they don't disclose that, he's gotta collect that realtor fee, ponzi scheme energy. The windows are damaged so even if you clean them they are permanently foggy & look so dirty. I've seen mice and water bugs in the stairwells, lobby and laundry room. The Super is just ok and won't help with even the smallest requests unless you speak to Management first. It's so odd, I've never lived anywhere like this in my life. Bare minimum.

Advice to the owners

Update the laundry room, it's disgusting. Be honest and instruct your staff (family members) to answer inquiries directly and in a timely manner.

Ok place but…..

Pros

Cameras. It’s near train station 4 & D trains. Guy keeps place clean. 10 mins away from Westchester border.

Cons

Rent kinda high for dated apartments. sound did travel. When asked about addressing noise I was given no real solution kinda kept going on until we left. Street parking not the best, always full.

Advice to the owners

Nice place but noise was an issue.
