Pros:
On site laundry room
Cons:
Poor kept building appearance. Dirty walls, floors, laundry room, hallways and staircases. Dog feces on front and side of the building. A scaffold has been around the building for the past two years with poor lighting. Apartments have old toilets system, most apartments still have commercial toilet in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Do better with building maintenance, for apartment repairs use the proper people to get the job done. Luigi, the super is great, but he’s not certified in all this. He can’t be the porter, the painter, the plumber, the electrician, the carpenter, all in one. Start getting people with the right credentials to do the work in these apartments and things would last longer. An update the kitchen appliances.

Pros:
I grew up in this building. The management were like family. Very responsible and respectful. Never had any issues with them.
Cons:
This building is very outdated and not the cleanest. As a woman, I didn’t always feel 100% safe in the stairwells.
Advice to owner:
Update the building. Add a new modern look to it. Update the apartments. They have a dirty and outdated feel to them.

Pretty spacious and inexpensive
Cons:
Management doesn’t take care of responsibilities, no renovations. The building is in the terrible condition. The super Rex is rude, he always tries to pressure people for tips even before he does the job, constantly complains and fails doing his job right. There were also matters of sexual harassment.
The building management has very poor customer service skills. Especially Ester. Very rude, and doesn’t do her job.
Advice to owner:
Make sure your workers do the job, they are paid for. And suggest them not to be rude and nasty to people. Thanks.

Neighbors keep to themselves

This building has a lot of junkies coming in and out of it, people have been robbed at gunpoint, elevator is always crashing down so imagine bringing up groceries to the highest floor, roach and mice infestation, chipped walls & never got a fresh paint Job since I moved in, kitchen is so outdated and moldy but landlord refuse to change, bathroom tiles broken and cracked but landlord refuse to change

You want your rent and we want to live decent for the money we work hard to pay this rent

It’s near the highway and the park is across the street.
Cons:
The amount of crime his increased. Robberies, a few murders, junkies and crackheads are in and out building. There are mice and roach infestations.
