Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in a great location, close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Units equipped with washer dryer.
Cons:
Frequent citing of roaches. Super is non responsive.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super who is more responsive

first apartment blues
Former Tenant
Pros:
covid pricing was great. management was responsive. nice bathrooms
Cons:
despite responsiveness, management was not that helpful. we had roaches and mice and little was done except for exterminators that slightly lessened the problem. minimal natural light. 2 bedrooms did, one face an alley. tiny appliances (fridge, dishwasher). ceilings and floors so thin you can hear the neighbors above and below if they are too loud. lots of street noise at night. big rats at night outside of building.
Advice to owner:
do proper maintenance of rodents and insects. it’s a stressful situation in a small space. actively find and seal any holes between tenants.
