Management and super are completely unresponsive, ovens block fire escapes (so dangerous), management will refuse at all costs to fix anything. Neighbors in apartment are lovely-- we're all in it together ig

girl respond to a text, respond to an email, you are not a slum lord, you're charging 3k+ for these apartments.

Nice apartment in a good location!

Pros

My apartment was clean and ready and the Super Sammy responded when we need touch ups. The manager responded quickly and had someone to fix my fridge and the HVAC system. The building was always clean and recently painted.

Cons

The super does not live in the building so you have to wait for him to come which he does timely! Trash is an issue as some tenants hair dump in the trash area and not into the cans.

Advice to the owners

Put split systems in all units 1st and 2nd fl apts you have inefficient heating units that cause vey high energy bills!
