Not too bad

Pros:
The building and units are decently nice. Everything is ikea so it's not going to last forever but it gets the job done. The neighbors are friendly and no one is throwing parties.
Cons:
Management is generally responsive, but sometimes ignores things that need to be fixed. Fire alarms in the hallway chirp for so long, residents have just taken it upon themselves to change batteries.
Advice to owner:
Maybe replace some of the smaller things in the apartment (towel hooks, toilet paper holder, etc.)
