the good deal from hell

I liked the neighborhood and access to the city
Cons
the laundry room had odd hours. There was a roach infestation. We had a mold problem. The whole complex had an old water smell. Electrical issues as well. there was a day where we didn’t have heat. They decided to change the bike policy, we followed the new rules and they clipped our roommates bike lock. Odd racist undertones. It was ghetto stuy town as we called it. lots of sus stuff happening in the apartment complex.
Advice to the owners
start over
new management is a little better but still room for growth

Courtyard is nice with lots of birds and squirrels; quiet separation from street (We are in a central building)
Cons
Heat goes way too high and no control over it; no central air; bathroom has lots of issues; several spots appear to have mold growing under the paint? Laundry machines are mildly functional and often take your $ without running. Not enough outlets in unit
Advice to the owners
Keep a better eye on the heating system and maintenance of laundry machines; make sure mold/water damage is eliminated fully
