Pros:
Amenities in unit are brand new and great super
Cons:
Cockroaches are present but they come for monthly extermination (if you’re home when they show up)

Nice neighborhood, bars around if you are into going out, young nice neighbors
Cons:
Extremely noisy, common areas are dirty and sometimes smells, they are raising the rent to nearly double making many tenant forced to leave, they steal your packages, heating makes so much noise and hissing

great super- Luis always takes care of any problems
Cons:
the property group, CPG, left the buzz be broken for so long... and never did anything about noisy neighbors.
