Location - honestly can’t beat it, across from a great pizza shop, near two subway stops and several shops
Decent light - plants will be happy
Cons:
Rats everywhere outside, overall dirty
Unresponsive management for any issues - takes weeks to resolve
Raises rent significantly - can find something better for the same price in the area
