Lots of natural light
Former Tenant

Mgmt is doing a better job of responding to recent issues (package thieves etc)

Tall ceilings = high heating bills over the winter

Pretty good overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively new building. Solidly built, can't hear neighbors when in apartment, no pest problems that I'm aware of. Neighbors all seem friendly for the most part.
Cons:
Elevator breaks often, other issues that building related are slow to be resolved. Some of the neighbors smoke cigarettes indoors and it crosses apartments in the hallways and air conditioning.
Advice to owner:
Address indoor cigarette smoking and be quicker to resolve elevator issues. Living in the higher floors with no elevator is not possible for the elderly or those with kids or if someone is injured.

Worst landlord in nyc
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful apartments with high ceilings
Cons:
Most unresponsive landlord in NYC. No matter what the emergency is, they will always move slowly and try to buy themselves time. The lobby is constantly dirty and even though we were promised a door person we haven’t had one in over a year.
