Pros

Nice neighborhood, balcony spaces, elevator.

Cons

Ignorant owners who refuse to address issues in a timely manner if at all. NO super present. Horrible pest issue, poor trash management, heat turned off on the coldest day of the year, refuse to fix electric issues, scheduled maintenance appointments don't show. Common areas are absolutely trashed and not maintained. Building smells of mold/mildew. Black mold in the bathroom and living area (which they offered to paint over as a fix).

Solid luxury apartment experience

Pros

I had a great experience living here and I probably wouldn't have moved for a long time if I hadn't broken up with my ex. We hardly communicated with management because we barely had any problems. There were people constantly cleaning the common areas and the gym was clean and uncrowded during most hours.

Cons

- Kitchen did not come with a range hood and windows don't open very wide. - There were a few instances of package theft in the apartment (bc tenants were letting strangers in) but it eventually got resolved. -
