Review Summary for Lexington Avenue Hotel LP
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Reviews for buildings managed by LEXINGTON AVENUE HOTEL LP consistently praise cleanliness, well-managed garbage disposal, and strong pest control, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. Tenants appreciate amenities such as gyms, lounges, and secured entry with attentive doormen. Owner responsiveness is generally positive but occasionally noted as slow. Elevator wait times can be a frustration, especially for upper floors. Water pressure and bathroom space receive some criticism. While some renters consider the accommodations to be on the pricier side for dorm-like units, safety and community aspects are valued. Overall, expect a well-kept building with solid management, though some areas could benefit from attention.

Over Priced Dorm Room
Former Tenant
Pros:
Potential for community if you meet others in the building. Very safe with doormen and packages.
Cons:
Glorified dorm building that's way over priced and not worth the money. Rent or sublet a real apartment instead if you can.
