Pros:
Quiet, Great Super
Cons:
Needs bug control. Should install security cameras and new windows for tenants. Also, the grass is maintained but that’s about it. Get the super a better slow machine blower, he needs it.
Advice to owner:
They can be better at communicating and responding in a timely fashion. Covid can’t be an excuse for everything anymore.

Pros:
Spacious, quiet, and homey.
Cons:
Building is from 1940s and it’s definitely evident. However, good maintenance goes a long way.
