TERRIBLE BUILDING, STAY AWAY
Former Tenant
Pros:
They take good photos to lure you in and hope you don't notice anything or ask questions during the viewing.
Cons:
In my year and half here (they try to force people to sign longer leases because of high turnover):
- Had roaches and termites that they never did anything about
- Had sewage problems constantly
- Lightbulbs and smoke alarms constantly went out and you had to wait days for the super to come and fix it (they have them installed too high, and they have one super for all of their buldings)
- The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors in their apartments + the doors slamming outside
- The entire basement floor flooded multiple times
- Neighbors said they had rats
- People come in and steal mail all the time because there's no real mail room

The landlord, Avraham Garbo (Abrham Garbo/ Abe Garbo) is irresponsive and corrupt. He's been sued many times. Most of the agents that show the apartments are related to him. The management company changes name about every year to refresh their reviews. They are not good people either and will not help any issue. Some past names have been YHT Management and CT Green Management.

ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS ARE LIKE THIS. Hopefully this review saves some people!
Advice to owner:
Just end it

Horrible property mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gave me my security deposit back
Cons:
- never fixed any holes or leaks
- heat did not work in my bedroom, they never fixed it and told us to turn the heat up everywhere else in the building
- did nothing to get rid of rats that were running around the walls. only after we complained 10 times did they get an exterminator to look at our unit because we saw a rat in the kitchen. the exterminator plugged a tiny hole but rats continued to run around the building
- mice infestations as well
- only responded to requests after 10x, usually very rude, never any real solutions
Advice to owner:
Get your act together
