Perfect location on the UWS

Pros:
VERY communicative super - handles issues quickly and is quite understanding.
Amazing location, close to trains, great food, groceries, parks.
LAUNDRY IN BUILDING!
SPACE!!! Oddly designed floor plan but a lot of space to work with.
Mostly Great neighbors
Cons:
Unit is above a LOUD bar - expect music, shouting, chatter until 2 am - 4 am.
NO sunlight.
Old finishes and appliances.
Co-op application was very time consuming and there seemed to be some prejudices against me for personal benefit of the co-op board member.
Advice to owner:
Please accept digital money transfers for rent!
