Convenient place to live if you don't mind the neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Restaurant in building, central air, in unit dishwashers and washing machines, big windows, a block away from the Hudson.
Cons:
neighborhood has no culture, doormen let everyone up and do not lock the mail room, the employees at the restaurant downstairs have stolen from me.
Advice to owner:
please tell the doormen to be more careful about who they let upstairs.

Nice Trendy Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are great, building is clean, trash rooms emptied regularly, great amenities (gym, jam room, roof deck)
Cons:
Music choice playing in lobby is sometimes inappropriate if you have young kids or older adults visiting.

Awesome staff, bad location (2B2B)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is super super friendly
Nice building interior and lobby
New building
Convenient neighborhood
Cons:
Too far from subway
Close to railway so it is noisy
It takes forever to get security deposit back
Advice to owner:
Ever since the building changed management company, the service goes straight down
