Decent unit, egregiously overpriced units in empty neighborhood

Pros

24/7 Doormen are nice Gym is included Quiet for most of day except for trainyard horns

Cons

Some rude cleaning staff Weed smell permeates floor Loud neighbors and barking can be heard Heater/AC is controlled by knobs and doesn't work well

Convenient place to live if you don't mind the neighborhood

Pros

Restaurant in building, central air, in unit dishwashers and washing machines, big windows, a block away from the Hudson.

Cons

neighborhood has no culture, doormen let everyone up and do not lock the mail room, the employees at the restaurant downstairs have stolen from me.

Advice to the owners

please tell the doormen to be more careful about who they let upstairs.
