Pros
every unit has a balcony and there is a large outdoor shared deck, plenty of outdoor space. Door person, gym, and parking are nice to have. great neighborhood. quality finishes, but circa 2014-ish.
Cons
HVAC systems are 10+ years old and require a lot of repairs. That said, our heater was fixed within a day when it went out. While there is garage parking in the basement, it is not managed by the apartment management company. The garage attendants are ...unpleasant to say the least. They have also changed names multiple times, (F&A parking corp, A&A parking corp, etc.) . in 8+ years and multiple changes in their staff- it is consistently a bad experience.
Advice to the owners
Get a new firm to manage your garage, that is by far the worst part of this building.

Fast elevators Nice doormen They replaced the super and the new one is great Clean building Exterminator comes every month I don’t hear my neighbors much Pretty well-constructed for a new build Management deals with serious issues quickly
Cons
The AC and heating units are loud High electricity bills from the windows The per apartment water heaters are a little small The layouts all suck in some way. You have to be creative about your layout Generally bad closets/storage
Advice to the owners
Doorman turnover is really high
