Review Summary for Team Greene 333 LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for TEAM GREENE 333 LLC properties reveals a mixed experience with management. While buildings are appreciated for their cleanliness, attractive layouts, pleasant doormen, and good amenities such as gyms and outdoor spaces, management's responsiveness is inconsistent. Common issues include slow or poor handling of maintenance requests, especially regarding pest control and HVAC systems. Some tenants report ongoing pest infestations and communication challenges, alongside occasional noise and heating concerns. Despite these drawbacks, residents value the location and community vibe, but advise management to improve responsiveness, maintenance speed, and pest eradication to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Reliable, Pretty Nice Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fast elevators
Nice doormen
They replaced the super and the new one is great
Clean building
Exterminator comes every month
I don’t hear my neighbors much
Pretty well-constructed for a new build
Management deals with serious issues quickly
Cons:
The AC and heating units are loud
High electricity bills from the windows
The per apartment water heaters are a little small
The layouts all suck in some way. You have to be creative about your layout
Generally bad closets/storage
Advice to owner:
Doorman turnover is really high

I got stuck in the elevator and we had roaches, but it's very pretty
Former Tenant
Pros:
The major pro of this building is that the layouts are beautiful, the location is quiet and idyllic, and the amenities are plentiful (gym, in-unit W/D, elevators, huge terrace) — especially for a rent-controlled unit. The terrace is beautiful and there is so much light from every angle.
Cons:
Over the course of one year of living here, our unit dealt endlessly with an infestation of roaches that perplexed the (at least) six different exterminators who sprayed our apartment. Management was horrible to deal with — a weaponized incompetence that even led a previous super to quit — but did budge in giving us two weeks of rent off after months of emailing them to no avail. Not to mention, I got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour, since the (new) super "couldn't find the key" to open the broken lift, so I had to wait in darkness while the fire department came down and pried open the doors. Even with rent control, you would think that the amount you pay for this place would at least buy you a roach-free year and the opportunity to escape from a pitch-black broken elevator in under 20 minutes. But there is in-unit W/D.
Advice to owner:
Handle the roaches

great besides pest management
Former Tenant
Pros:
great doormen, amentities, and neighborhood
Cons:
not easy to eradicate pests with management

Great lighting, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Natural light, high ceilings, amenities (gym, garage)
Cons:
Bad management, leaks, gross tenants
cute but has more roaches than you'd expect
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love a couple of the doormen (francisco and dariusz) and the super and building
Cons:
very cute, great gym and discrete neighborhood luxury building. pretty responsive to apartment issues but get a lot of roaches in the summer. i have seen them not only in the apartment but also the recycling rooms.
Advice to owner:
treat every room in the building

Please don't rent here. It's truly terrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Door staff, location
Cons:
Literally everything else. The management company, Prospect Management, only needs to be googled to understand how terrible they are. Just completely unprofessional and predatory. Just because their buildings are "nice" doesn't mean Prospect Management aren't slumlords. The super is unresponsive and unprofessional.
Advice to owner:
None. The owner is someone in all likelihood complicit with the terrible management.

Cute Place, Gets Hot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great natural light, good amenities, doormen are really nice. Overall a great place
Cons:
The windows toward the east heat up the apartment like crazy, so cooling gets very expensive
Over 3 years ago
Nice but not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view was great. The apartment was homey. The doormen are super nice. The area has a good amount to do.
Cons:
The central AC doesn't work and the apartment gets unbearably hot. The amenities are trashy and undermaintained. Management is pretty stiff and seems bent on gouging for how little they're actually providing.
Advice to owner:
If you're going to try to charge that much, provide a better service.

Gorgeous apartments with lots of natural lighting but terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Super friendly awesome concierge at the front desk
- on a quiet tree lined street with plenty do in neighborhood and close to fort green park
- every unit has an outdoor space and a lot of natural light
Cons:
- work orders take forever to complete (if ever)
- dog feces/urine and cigarette butts all over our patio and management have done absolutely nothing
- heating/AC unit is very loud
- thin walls (we share wall with the gym and can hear every little noise)
- no bike storage
- wanted to move to another unit in the building given above issues however management is quoting us ridiculous prices (same price we’re paying now for much smaller apartment/patio)
Advice to owner:
The management company and superintendent are not very responsive and don’t give off the impression that they care about their tenants
Over 3 years ago
Not totally worth it but just ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe. Nice doormen. Nice gym and has a laundromat in the building.
Cons:
Owner doesn’t care about the tenants and is unreliable to fix heat or ac issues

If things break down it takes a long time to fix
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants like people and not sources of income.
Act fast on complaints. Please.

Great BK building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious units, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, no pest or noise problems at all, huge shared and private outdoor spaces, and the most lovely doorman - loved living here!
Cons:
Sometimes not super prompt on dealing with maintenance requests. Easier to communicate directly with the super than file through management.

A great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central AC, newly updated unit, tons of natural light, private balcony, nice communal outdoor space, wonderful door people, and all around great building and unit.
Cons:
Super is sometimes slow when responding to maintenance requests, can be noisy at times, and water does not always stay warm for long in the shower.
