Pros:
I lived at Classon for several years and had an overall positive experience. My unit was both spacious and reasonably priced for the area at the time. The building was always well-lit on the exterior and consistently clean and well-maintained inside. Whenever I reported an issue, it was usually addressed promptly by management. The rent was fair, especially considering the location, which made it a good value.
Noise was never a problem inside the building, making it a quiet and comfortable place to live. The neighborhood had a few decent restaurants nearby, offering convenient dining options. Additionally, there’s a mall (it has Target etc.) next to Barclays Center that’s within walking distance, providing easy access to shopping. For those who commute, Manhattan isn’t far (G, S & C are close by) and is accessible via multiple transit options. Overall, Classon offered a blend of affordability, convenience, and comfort that I greatly appreciated during my time there.
Cons:
Limited amenities (i.e. no gym or rooftop access). Traffic in the am during rush hour on a busy morning might get noisy at times. But, it was generally ok otherwise.
