It is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer/dryer in basement, rooftop access
Cons:
Hallways/stairs are not cleaned properly, neighbors with pets often let their animals pee/poop on building premises, dryer or washer breaks frequently, roof deck is completely bare, issues with front door not closing or opening properly.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better cleaning practices and enforce that per owners do not relive their animals in the building.

Great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not too many tenants. Everyone basically keeps to themselves and are super nice Nice rooftop that no one really uses
Cons:
Can’t think of any really. My heat didn’t work for a while and I was given a space heater. Watch how much ConEd charges! I didn’t live in the apt for months and somehow had a high power bill.
