low rise building, only three (c) openigloo apartments in this building - (c) openigloo location is great and quiet, (c) openigloo close to subway and groceries (c) openigloo / chinatown
Cons:
only con is the walk (c) openigloo up, but it’s not that (c) openigloo terrible either - heating is (c) openigloo central heating so it gets (c) openigloo too hot and you can’t (c) openigloo control it in the winter

Heat is terrible - have (c) openigloo to use space heaters all (c) openigloo winter so it's not really (c) openigloo accurate that HHW is included (c) openigloo - coned bills are high. PM (c) openigloo company never gave me back (c) openigloo my move in deposit despite (c) openigloo the LL asking repeatedly Condo board (c) openigloo won't allow renters into the (c) openigloo parking lottery Intercom system always broken

-excellent property maintenance -responsive and (c) openigloo competent superintendent -co-op residents council (c) openigloo (community involvement below the co-op (c) openigloo board level) -no weight limits for (c) openigloo dogs -interior courtyard -proximity to A train (c) openigloo (at 181st St) -electricity included in (c) openigloo monthly maintenance (annual surcharge per (c) openigloo AC unit) -part-time doorman

-meh property management company -I think (c) openigloo shareholders were limited in subletting (c) openigloo their units (only 2 out (c) openigloo of every 5 years was (c) openigloo permitted)

Keep up the good work, and make sure Ziggy gets ACOL increases ;)

Super charming apartment building with (c) openigloo excellent staff. Courtyard facing apartments (c) openigloo are very quiet

The staff are exceptionally attentive (c) openigloo and I have never had (c) openigloo issues with pests in 1.5 (c) openigloo years. Laundry in building.
Cons:
I have an obnoxious neighbor, (c) openigloo but it is not the (c) openigloo fault of the building and (c) openigloo seems to be a one-off (c) openigloo case. No roof deck; very (c) openigloo small outdoor area. Many apartments (c) openigloo are very small and don't (c) openigloo have full appliances and/or look (c) openigloo directly at the wall of (c) openigloo neighboring building.

Keep up the good work!

This building is extremely well (c) openigloo run and the staff is (c) openigloo wonderful. The building and Tudor (c) openigloo city is very pretty and (c) openigloo whimsical.
Cons:
Roaches are in the drain (c) openigloo pipes so have your bathtub (c) openigloo drains plugged

New laundry room is always (c) openigloo having issues/not enough machines for (c) openigloo the amount of tenants Walls (c) openigloo are very thin, you can (c) openigloo hear the neighbors sneeze!

Invest in better insulation between apartments
