Location of the building is (c) openigloo in a nice part of (c) openigloo Alphabet City. Sound doesn’t carry (c) openigloo very well so the apartment (c) openigloo is quite, even room to (c) openigloo room. Having a washer / (c) openigloo dryer in unit is also (c) openigloo nice.
Cons:
The apartment isn’t very large, (c) openigloo especially the kitchen (which is (c) openigloo essentially a hallway to the (c) openigloo bathroom). There’s a mouse problem (c) openigloo that the landlord hasn’t been (c) openigloo responsive with.

The building is dirty, smells (c) openigloo like trash constantly. Has (c) openigloo not been swept in at (c) openigloo least 1 month. Infested (c) openigloo with rats and rat mites (c) openigloo that bite tenants.

Garbage taken out readily, lived (c) openigloo on 4th FL so no (c) openigloo pests but ground and 1st (c) openigloo did have problem, Eliot (landlord) (c) openigloo was always responsive.
Cons:
The owners of the building (c) openigloo are terrible. They scam you (c) openigloo by not offering your deposit, (c) openigloo are inflexible, and we had (c) openigloo a MASSIVE leak in our (c) openigloo bathroom. The roof was wide (c) openigloo open and there was a (c) openigloo tarp for 6+ weeks. Mgmt (c) openigloo did nothing in regards to (c) openigloo rent compensation. Mold was an (c) openigloo issue bc of this.

No one ever renews their lease for a reason.
