Do NOT live here! Ever since Md2 property group took over this place is horrible. It took them MONTHS to fix the front door, which resulted in thousands of dollars of packages being stolen. Only once residents said they would report it to the city was anything fixed. They also take forever to submit maintenance requests. It’s not the super’s fault, they literally don’t tell him you submit one (but make you submit through their portal). And to top it all off they raised everyone’s rent over $400 a month. I wouldn’t just stay away from this building but all do their properties

Great location, respectful neighbors, balcony, rooms were not huge but definitely big enough, “pretty”
Cons
Several maintenance issues (air conditioning, hot water), management/super often was unresponsive/not helpful, had packages stolen once or twice, sometimes cockroaches in the entryway or by the trash, wish it was a bit closer to the subway, lighting wasn’t great in the majority of the rooms
