SASSOUNI MANAGEMENT SUCKS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway.
Cons:
Pot smell from downstairs tenants, rats the size of cats, garbage everywhere.
Advice to owner:
STAY AWAY FROM SASSOUNI PROPERTIES. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND.

Sassouni Management Are Slumlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was relatively affordable and the units had been remodeled around 2008. Decent location just 2 blocks from the 110 st 6 stop and a 10 minute walk to the 110 st 2/3 stop.
Cons:
Landlord cut corners renovating. Low power allowance causing fuse to trip constantly. The only way to flip switch to restore power was to go into basement of building which tenants did not have access to (locked). Water pressure terrible. Salon on ground floor would take all the water pressure and shower and faucet would be unusable during the day. Poor insulation. The building super was unresponsive and rude. Nice problem during my 4 years in the building. Rats always in the garbage area in the front. Management company rude and unresponsive. Used to be a 900 square ft 1 BR/1 BA they converted into a 4BR/1BA.
Advice to owner:
Fire Sassouni. Properly update the building. fix the water pressure problem.
