Would Definitely Recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing doormen, lovely neighbors, quiet even though its by the Queensboro, and great neighborhood
Cons:
The water was shut off more frequently than most would like, older building so the boiler and heaters don't work great, lack of natural light

Worst fucking management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, on site workers are nice, elevator, laundry in-unit, and currently building a gym.
Cons:
Worst management I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and rude. They don’t answer emails or calls. You will never get a maintenance issues resolved. It is loud when traffic gets backed up due to bridge / 2nd Ave. I find at least 3 roaches a week in my apartment (mind you we are clean). Can hear the people above you. Will never move to a Stonehenge managed building again. Can’t wait to never give them a cent of my money again, they’ve ruined this experience. They have broken multiple NYC tenant laws as well. BEWARE
Advice to owner:
Get better management staff or more staff who can handle issues. The lack of communication, accommodation, and flexibility is disgusting.

Great building, strong heat and noisy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are amazing, some neighbors are super loud (young neighbors)
Cons:
New super isn’t great

Overall a pleasant experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly staff and overall a nice apartment to live in.
Cons:
I'm guessing they have a reason for this but there are times when the water would shut off for the morning into the afternoon and it would be an inconvenience because I would not be able to wash up properly before I went in to work and I really hate going out without taking a shower and such.
Advice to owner:
There's nothing really.

i’m moving out
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Doormen & Super are AMAZING
- location isn’t terrible
- decent tenants
- laundry in building
- my unit had a dishwasher (not sure if all do)
- elevator in building
- packages are safe because of the doorman
Cons:
- this location is INCREDIBLY loud, especially on western and northern facing apartments.
- pricing is way too much for such small space
- management company is HORRENDOUS. I was here when they had the first and now with switching to Stonehenge which has been just as bad
- have seen a cockroach in my apartment or on the stairs dead several times
- always a weird smell down by the laundry I assume because of the garbage
Advice to owner:
be more responsive, lower prices, keep the doormen and pay them more. do something about the loud honking noises CONSTANTLY

DO NOT NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big space, clean common areas, laundry in building, elevator and doormen
Cons:
The traffic outside makes this a very, VERY loud building. The windows do not keep out the horns and music coming from the traffic off the bridge. Recently the tenets have gotten younger and it can smell and sound like a college dorm. You pay rent for a building with a doorman and elevator with the intention the quality of life aspects of living in a city improve. Not here.
Advice to owner:
Use your influence to better enforce the noise violations from the traffic outside. Make it a nonsmoking building.

I hope u like ceiling noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, elevators, nice doormen
Cons:
Noise from both nearby units and street, management will never respond to you ever, units are verrrry overpriced, laundry facilities on site always have issues and will destroy your clothes, looks nice on outside but on inside it is outdated and falling apart, no amenities
Advice to owner:
Not sure any advice will help at this point since they never respond anyways. UPDATE: I repeatedly asked for help with noise and they said they couldn’t do anything and won’t let me out of lease. DO NOT RENT FROM STONEHENGE.
