Laundry on every floor, responsive and alert doormen, never lost a package, high ceiling apartments, Deli connected to building

Minor issues like- windows did not open, management can get a little sticky

Pros
This is a great building to live in and I miss the location, especially the staff! A few of my favorite things about this building: - location, super easy to get anywhere since MTA is so close - the front door men and staff are always so friendly and great to chat with, always welcoming you home, and always letting you know when you have a package - super quiet and never had any issues with noise - dog friendly and great dog parks within walking distance
Cons
- noise from street and traffic is sometimes hard to deal with - although it never happened to me, elevators stalled a few times from what I heard - amenities are extra $ and a bit lackluster
