Great Building To Live In!

Pros:
Really good super who is very responsive. Never had a problem with bugs maybe very small ones here or there. Wouldn't leave if we weren't having a baby

Property management company slow to respond. No elevator.

Pros:
Lived in the building in a one-bedroom for 5 years. The biggest issue we had was the bathroom sink falling off the wall, but the landlord and super had it fixed the next day. The apartment kitchen is updated with a full-size stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator (apt 9). There is a ton of closet space available, and the bathroom has plenty of storage. The super, Agronn, is amazing. He's so responsive, friendly, and gets things done.
Cons:
The heat is very hot in the winter, so we slept with the windows open.

Solid place to live.

Pros:
Close to fairway and Q train. Live in super and is great with communication.
Cons:
I live on first floor and people are loud coming into building slamming door into wall. A bunch of packages have been stolen from this building. I have seen mice 4 times living here for 3 years.
Advice to owner:
Don’t make the front door see through so people can see packages and try buzzing in to steal them.
