Childhood Apt Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was in a decent neighborhood back in 90s early 2000’s
Cons:
Pests issues were never handled by building
Water pressure was never that good
Heat was always issue
Advice to owner:
Assuming this is same ownership, faster responsive and better ownership of issues especially with heat and pests

Lack of maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location (by lirr, buses, subways & cabs).

Price is reasonable .
Cons:
First, There’s too many insects and bugs. Due to the lack of consistent maintenance the Beg bugs, roaches, and Mice always invading apartment space. You can hear them crawling up and down through the walls . They manage to make burrows and holes in bathrooms and kitchens.

There’s no ventilation in the hallways which causes the building to have an unwanted odor .

Building Only has one entrance and one exit. So Just imagine throwing out the garbage.

The materials that they use to maintain the building such as tiles , paint, counter tops, and etc. are extremely cheap and wear out in a matter of months after moving in.

Not every apartment has a fire escape.
Advice to owner:
Need to be more serious about the conditions of the building. It can potentially deteriorate.

Needs to show comments, care, and concerns.

Needs to create a monthly checkup with the building. Needs to advise super or maintenance workers to check up on tenants what problems they have in their apartment.

NEEDS CONSISTENT WORK !!!!
