Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants consistently praise Kenrick Ou's buildings for their cleanliness, well-managed garbage systems, and responsive maintenance teams. Residents find the staff, including doormen and supers, friendly and attentive, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. While heating and pest control are generally well-handled, some renters note issues with noise, elevator availability, and temperature controls. Buildings often feature pleasant neighbors and quiet surroundings but occasional disturbances in hallways and from street noise occur. Suggestions for improvement include updating gyms, better noise control measures, and adding amenities such as more laundry machines. Overall, management is seen as proactive and tenant-oriented.

Nyp owned building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious apts, great response time for maintenance request, doormen are friendly.
Cons:
They say large dogs are not allowed, but there are several. The other thing is that the heat/and ac are one unit. So when the heat is turned on during the winter there is no way to change the temp unless you turn the unit off or open a window and vice versa in the summer.

Almost perfect living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained building and clean. Very quiet neighbors.
Cons:
Loud noises from the street specially at night - cars and fireworks - whole summer and fall. People get together on the streets in the summer which also causes noise at night.
Advice to owner:
Better windows might help reduce the noise.
