Ok for students/single
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen, great location
Cons:
Tiny apartments and limits around when trash can be thrown out (only certain hours, was annoying)

Great super, absent management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is amazing. Building recently renovated.
Cons:
When things break (elevator, water, etc.) and management has to get involved, things take forever to get done.

Worst Building Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cleanliness was upkept, the maintainer was responsive but blamed me, consistently, for the water problems, and the security deposit was impossible to retrieve.
Cons:
NO HOT WATER FOR MONTHS IN BATHROOM.
The water heat levels were reported to the city for MONTHS and the building kept blaming units. Eventually, the city found that the water was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the temperature required (120 degrees) to consider water “hot”.
The security deposit took near two months to retrieve.
Advice to owner:
Get new staff, find a real career, and/or stop blaming residents and fix your problems.

NO HOT WATER FOR MONTHS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, reliable location, and the built-in featured like the Miele conventional oven we’re great.
Cons:
There was NO hot water for months. Beginning in fall of 2022 through the summer of 2023. Absolutely ridiculous for a “luxury” building.

New building, great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super was great, everything is new.
Cons:
Too high of a rent for such a small apartment. Appliances are fancy but they are hard to maintain.

Cons:
Tenants in the building are loud. Pricey.

Decent but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean lobby and hallways, some of the doormen are really helpful, the roof deck is nice, the AC/heat is controlled in each apartment and is flat rate payment each month (along with wifi)
Cons:
Way overpriced for the quality and size of apartment, gym is small and hardly has any equipment, VERY unresponsive management especially once they find out you’re moving (good luck trying to get your deposit back)
