Great Building But Freezing Apartment

Clean, location is amazing, the super is awesome.

Cons

The heat is controlled for the whole building so you'll freeze in the winter.

great building with few flaws. loved living here.

Pros

i loved living here. i’ve been a tenant for three years. the super is very responsive to any issues (which there were very few). the unit and building are well maintained and very quiet. lots of laundry machines and no pest issues in my unit. nice doormen and building staff who are helpful.

Cons

not much to say - the gym is a bit small but otherwise no problems!
