Apartments are fine, good location, good proximity to subway, no pests

Cons

Trash management is quite poor, heat is not great during the winters at times, Management can be slow to do anything

Management does not respond in time, left us without hear or AC months at a time, missing some BIG advertised features I.e central air/HVAC, garbage outside with rats and built up rat poop

When I care about something I take care of it. If you don’t care about your own property then pass it on to someone who will.
