Cleaned regularly, convenient trash disposal, responsive management
Cons:
No maintenance done to rooms between tenants, backyard of property left trash ridden

I love the location, the building is semi new I guess? Having a porch and nice light
Cons:
Roaches and mold would be your biggest enemy.

keep up the pest control
