Pros:
I love my room have a lot natural lights!! I can watch the sunrise !
Cons:
The owner is irresponsible and the building is old and they never fix anything in the building. I've been asking to fix the ceiling and change the old fridge and they never reply.
Advice to owner:
You should listen to your tenant's requests and with all the money that you get every single month, you should start remodeling the building!! Thanks

Nice but be careful

Pros:
One of the better buildings in the area. Safe, nice neighbors. The super is nice and responsive
Cons:
The super’s kids tend to play really loud music and no one can sleep.

The building is super clean always, and quick to respond to problems.

The people who live in the building are very friendly.

It can get very noisy outside on warm days.
Advice to owner:
Respond a little faster when it comes to complaints inside homes.

Building takes forever to do repairs

It’s close to public transportation

Management is lazy
Super is lazy
Some of the tenants are drug addicts
Building isn’t cleaned every day more like 1 every 4 months
Advice to owner:
Why own a building , and not properly maintain it . Just because it’s a poor neighborhood should not justify why it’s neglected.
