Meh, good neighborhood but mediocre building

Pros:
roof, elevator, generally nice neighbors
Cons:
management is unresponsive and only really cares about $$, Equinox machinery next door can be loud, no laundry!!

care more about your tenants

Sketchy landlord, will do everything in their power to delay any legally required service
Difficult move in/out with tight elevator and corridors, washing machines were installed in some apartments but not done well so the entire building shakes, at times bad enough to knock things off shelves because this building was not well made structurally

Someday your behavior will come back to bite you guys if there is a change in political climate that decides to go after billionaire slumlords

Pros:
The units are spacious for the price that you pay!
Cons:
The building ownership could be much more responsive when it comes to tenant complaints such as stolen packages. The super is great though and he handles everything within his control, but I feel that ownership needs to step up a bit more.

The landlords try to keep up to date with repairs etc. but unfortunately they provide the cheapest possible solution to the problem.

The locks on the front doors are cheap and don’t work as much as they work
