Review Summary for William Radmin
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by William Radmin suggest mixed experiences. While residents appreciate the convenient locations, responsive staff, and some updated units, there are concerns about pest issues, poor water pressure, and outdated facilities. Management's responsiveness varies, with some praising it and others criticising record keeping and pest control. Despite the flaws, tenants generally approve of the owner but stress the need for better maintenance practices and building upkeep. The buildings are recommended for their value and vibrant locations, particularly for those seeking a starter apartment post-college in Williamsburg.

107 Havemeyer Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is cute and there are great shops around. Easy to get to the train and everywhere in Williamsburg. I lived in a 2 bedroom which was small but got the job done.
Cons:
Huge roach problem in our apartment, a next door neighbor who had always had a rancid smell emanating from his door, old appliances and generally a little bit crusty but probably not much more than any other pre-war building.

Pros:
Great Management, Great Value, Great Super, Safe & Vibrant Location, Close to Subways, Laundry in Building
Cons:
Sometimes bugs (exterminator does come once a month), small apartments
Advice to owner:
I have no advice. Keep it up!

solid spot for a first apartment but not without its flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
decent location, super is very nice, neighbors are generally nice & not loud
Cons:
annoying management company with poor record keeping, a noticeable amount of pests & rodents & not a lot of motivation to get rid of them

Solid place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing, I think most units are somewhat updated despite being old building, live in super is really responsive and nice, building kitty is the best. The front door buzzer is through your cell which is cool.
Cons:
Old building, walk up, really poor water pressure (maybe it’s just my unit?), takes a while for hot water to start. Almost all outlets in my living room dont work. Laundry room can get a little gross / machines are not the best but it’s fine
Advice to owner:
Not much! It’s a great building at a good cost. Maybe check water pressure and clean/inspect laundry room more often. But this is a great Williamsburg apt
