Avoid it please
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are really nice and spacious. There is a lot of potential there
Cons:
Rats and mice everywhere. The heaters and pipes are connected and that’s how they travel from home to home. There’s constant parties every night so if you have a front face window I feel bad. The building is falling apart the steps are literally rotting so bad you can see the floor below or above you. There’s no elevator so if the steps do go down one day I wouldn’t be surprised. The super doesn’t care about the building he honestly only cares about his.
Advice to owner:
You need a renovation you need a new super you need to evacuate the building for a day or two and seriously get rid of those rats and mice

Building is falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good heat. That’s it..
Cons:
Loud neighbors with loud music, building structures falling apart, denies current tenant the ability to move to other units, molds in the apartments, rodent problem with little children in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Fix our apartment the right way.
