Review Summary for Nick Vasquez
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by NICK VASQUEZ reflect a mix of experiences. While some appreciate the good location, quiet environment, and certain amenities like high ceilings and new appliances, others express dissatisfaction with unresponsive landlords, poor maintenance, pest issues, and neighbor management. Suggestions include improving owner responsiveness, addressing maintenance promptly, and enhancing overall management efficiency. Despite some positive aspects, consistent concerns about communication, maintenance, and pest control indicate room for significant improvement in building management practices under this landlord.

Could be better could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location
High ceilings
Fairly clean
Maintenance guy Jose is very nice
New appliances
Cons:
The landlord is unresponsive to emails
The water in shower goes from boiling hot to freezing cold without adjusting knob
Lots of bugs
front door often gets stuck open
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to emails. If you are unable to get to an issue immediately, at least respond to let me know you received a request and an estimated time to when it will be completed.

Not worth the cheap rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and bedroom was spacious for a junior one bedroom
Cons:
Bathroom and kitchen were incredibly small. Roaches appeared frequently. Garbage was kept indoors in open hallway. Landlord was HORRIBLE
Advice to owner:
Actually answer your tenants and give them back their security deposit without them needed to take legal action. We left that place is much better condition then how we found it (scraped dried bird feces off windows, repainted walls, heavily scrubbed all floors and made the apartment accessible for cable/internet)

DONT RENT HERE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent I guess
Cons:
Sandra is an awful landlord who takes forever to fix anything and won’t respond to you. Nicolas the super if you can call him that is useless. Took me 6 months to get my security deposit back and wasn’t even the full amount.
Advice to owner:
They would listen and don’t care anyway.
