Unresponsive management but amazing location

Amazing location and great price for size.
Cons
Building not well maintained- carpeted stairs in hallway trap moisture and it smells like mildew. Only 2 washers and one dryer to be shared across 3 buildings make laundry difficult. Had some serious water damage from a leak that took months to finally get addressed. I wasn’t directly responded to by management, even after getting their lawyer involved. I heard about the repairs to MY unit secondhand from my neighbor who had taken them to court previously.

Occasional cockroaches, pretty building

Pretty building, quiet area
Cons
Big roaches would appear a few times a week. Footsteps from upstairs neighbors were also loud on the old wood floors.
