East Village

Welcome to 242 East 3rd Street between Avenue B & C. This four story, walk up building is home to 17 two bedroom apartments in the East Village. Each apartment has bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment with ample living/dining space in between. Unit 12 is on the 3rd floor with a great amount of light and closet space.

The building is near 2 laundromats, the F Train at 2nd Ave, and many trendy bars and restaurants that the East Village has to offer! Pictures are of a identical unit in the building (Please see video of actual unit.) Sorry, no dogs.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
