132 East 45th Street is a 13-story elevator building located between 3rd Avenue and Lexington in Midtown East, one block from Grand Central Station. Originally constructed in 1910, the building consists of 94 studio, alcove studio and 1 bedroom rental apartments.  Additionally the ground floor retail space houses a New York Health & Racquet Club with a 45-ft saltwater swimming pool, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, saunas and steam rooms.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
