The Eastwinds is a full service building with a full time doorman, valet, roof deck, garage and luggage storage room. The apartment is located on the 32nd floor that gets northern and western light. The views from the apartment are excellent, including city and water views.

The apartment has a windowed kitchen and bathroom that allows light to flow through the entire apartment all day long.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom is in excellent condition. Three large closets and a pantry allow for plenty of storage space in the apartment. This is a must see apartment.
