Kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in unit.  This elevator building itself features a fitness center and a communal roof deck.

The Location: Just 1/2 block from the L and G train at Lorimer/Metropolitan Avenue. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
