The apartment has all large rooms, an eat in kitchen, and dining area off the kitchen.  25 Oliver St has an elevator, live in super, and a 24 hour laundry room.  Amenities although extra fees are indoor and outdoor parking (wait list), storage, and a bike room.  The building's location is in the heart of Bay Ridge and ½ block to Shore Road.  It is kept pristine by the staff.  There is a lovely courtyard with park  benches  for the resident's use.  There is a strict no dog policy.

NYC’s First Rent Stabilization Map

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
