On 99th Street, a block from the building is a supermarket, and on Queens Boulevard there is a CTown Supermarket, a local vegetable store, and another supermarket called Net Cost. Also right by the 67th Ave train station on Queens Blvd, there is a CVS pharmacy, dry cleaners, salons, cafes, many banks, and a NY Sports Club. 15 minutes away walking distance from the building, or one stop away at 63rd Drive, is Queens Center Mall including Costco and different department stores.
