    Great location for transportation
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Suburbian neighborhood but still accessible.
    Not lots of houses
    Not too much traffic
    close to parks
    very walkable
    Cons:
    Close to a particular noisy neighbor
    no yard
    Advice to owner:
    Make parking lot more accessible
